PAARL TRAFFIC DEPT WASTES URE TIMEser

My daughter went to Paarl Traffic Dept to make her Licence Appointment.We waited from 8 till 12h30 only to be told all code 8 applicants must come Mond/Tuesd/Fridays only. A traffic officer asked earlier who is q-uing for licences and we indicated but was not told to come on above 3 days rather so we waited only to be told we have to leave. No sign anywhere indicating the specific days either. Bad service....not happy!
