Milnerton traffic department rudeness

The staff members are rude, they are not professional they have a Shoprite syndrome / Kasi mentality especially if you're a black person. No manner of approach at all, they act like they are doing you a favor. Testing offer a female was Soo cold in a very bad mood but she is dealing with people - is because there was no bribe? When is this going to stop?
