LAZY and incompetence

I was by the Parow Traffic Department today to make my licence appointment, my learners expires on the 21st of August, THREE MONTHS from now.

One of their lazy *********** staff members, told me they have ONE date available on the 24th of August, ONE date for ALL learners?? NO available dates in the next three months??

She proceeded to say I must re-do my learners test even though it is valid for three months. If you can't do your job, don't do it.
