Disgusted by the brakpan license department

<p>My wife and i went to the brakpan license department today to make a booking for her learners, we had al her documents ready and had copies of everything ,when we got there a lady came and told us the cut of time is 3 o'clock it being 2:40 pm she refused to help us and after asking to see her manager she told a lie and said we were there on Saturday and sweared at them meanwhile we were no where near there on Saturday I'm so disgusted by there behaviour and think it's wrong of them refusing to help us .</p>
