Denied to write my learners license test

<p>I came to write my learners license test. I was supposed to arrive at 08:00, unfortunately due to unreliable public transportation I got delayed by 10 minutes. So I got to this help desk and explained I'm here to write my learners license test. This guy I found on the help desk tells me I cannot proceed to write because the system will reject me since I was ten minutes late. So I asked what happen because I mean I'm only 10 minutes late and the testing has just started. He told me I should wait outside until the session is over to book for another date. Now I feel this isn't fair at all because should I have been allowed in. I would have written and completed within the remaining time. This reminds me of the previous experience I've had with this same testing station. When I came in to write. On that day, most people who came to write wrote within 15 minutes and they were done. There was 3 of us who weren't done in that 15 minutes time. So we were pushed to complete writing and the actual 1 hour time allocated was far from over. So after the exam all 3 of us were told we failed and need to go and book again. When I asked to see my script the lady just left and we never got a an explanation. So to me it seems all the rumours I hear about bribary being the only way to make it are true... There always has to be something wrong with these things should one not have a contact from the inside. I'm very dissatisfied about the service in this area. To think I am unemployed and I don't have any source of income. How many times will I have to keep paying these R108 in order for me to actually get my learners license and proceed to a drivers license?</p>
