Bad service traffic department

I would like to say I had a bad experience at the centurion traffic department at 12 pm most of the staff go on lunch then no one is at there post at lunch time then I was told if I want a new PDP license I must make a booking on Natis what a joke you never get any open slots to make a appointment. I would like to say the service at centurion traffic department is disgusting and Natis is a complete mess, the traffic department services in general is disgusting.
