Como built transport and it's insurance libra brokers I need my vehicle, am traumatised

On the 14th September 2025, I was driving on N3 cliffdale area, a truck by the company name Como built transport, hit my vehicle, I was driving on the fast lane, due to the road construction N3 is 2 a Lane Road. This como built left it's slow lane, as per driver he stated that he lost brakes. Now I am traumatised, I lost my 42000 km, I'm struggling to get to work, I still have a bank installment as the vehicle is financed. I need my vehicle. Please help me out
