Pep store *****

I am disgusted at the service received from two pep store branches wynberg branch where the ***** happened and Promenade branch. I am speaking for my grand ma that is 75 years of age nobody seems to listen to her so I will not leave it like this. Few months ago my grandma received a statement from Pep regarding a pep stores account which she don't know anything of she didn't even open a pep stores account apparently the account have been opened at the pep store in wynberg but my grandma lives is Mitchell's plain. This is confusing she went to the police station for a affidavit took it to the store in Promenade they told her she need to go to the internet Cafe and email the documents her self a 75year old have to email things herself an account that she didn't even open or have knowledge about she is a pensioner. We will make a *****ulent case open at the police station for pep because it has been months and nobody is doing nothing about it. We will make pep trend because enough is enough unnecessary stress caused for my grandma.Stop taking advantage of old pensioners.
