PATHETIC AND DISHONEST SECURITY I hope the below finds you well. I would like to confirm i have lost my phone on the 23rd December and have been without a device since then, i was advised from center management that they would be calling me back however nobody has bothered to contact me back again. I have however tried tracing the device and what upsets me the most is that the phone still shows located at "promenade" and this happens all the time, i would not have made a big deal about this but the mere fact that i was advised that somebody would call back and nobody has called me back ever since then. The last i heard from Promenade was in January and thereafter nobody has bothered to call or reach out to me again. The phone was last seen with myself at the Spur exit and this happened on the 23/12/20022,ever since then i have been phoneless and Promenade does not careless. The footage cannot be pulled as it does not show anything. Security is unable to provide me with solid information. I was taken to a sick bay,(between me waiting at the Spur exit "and fainting" my phone was taken out of my bag and nobody is able to pull footage of this specific happening.
