On Saturday the 13th...

On Saturday the 13th May I went to get Snowflake cake flour and they were out of stock.. I approched the store manager Bronwen and he was very helpful.. He offered to go check on the trucks if the flour came in and came back to confirm that it did but will take time to offload.. He offered us coffee and cookies while we wait and returned to the truck to make sure he brings back a pallet of flour so we can get it as quick as possible.. This was so refreshing to see a young manager going out of his way to please his customers all the time with a smile. Thank you so much Bronwen you made our day extra special.. You were raised well.
