Missing order

I bought two meals which I received and a coffee, but I never received my Pod I bought for R5, I only checked when I got home. I can remember the time I paid, it was 17:58pm. I don't have I slip because they took it I tried to call but the phone just ring. It's not the first time this is happening to me.
