LIBERTY PROMENADE ******ION

This morning i went to purchase a small fridge from hifi corporation. I bought the fridge and then i discovered my cars wheel was clamped CAA371632. I proceeded to ask the security who clamped my wheel and was told to go to the review office next to debonairs. I went and a white gentleman told me someone would be there to unlock the clamp when i get to my car. I then went back only to discover nobody was there. I asked my friend to take the fridge home as promenades security staff are full of lies. I went back to the review office and the white gentleman wasnt there and the woman who sat behind the counter was also not there. Now it was another gentleman behind the counter. And i was told to pay R500 for the clamp to be removed. Receipt no 07. I had no other choice but to pay the money as clearly the previous staff who told me it would be removed without paying wasnt there. But funny enough when i got to the car it was removed. Clearly this is ******ion. No consistency. PEOPLE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE CLEARLY THEY ARE ******ING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
