Incorrect order

Yesterday I was at KFC in Promenade Mall , I ordered an All Star Box , 8 piece Family Feast , loaded fries , x2 Strawberry Krushers & wrapsta box

The family treat was in correct instead I was given a 9piece with chips I am so appalled by KFC tbh how could I order a family feast & get 9pieces of chicken , I want my refund bare in mind I live in Khayelitsha I couldn’t still check my order cos I trusted the service I took my order & headed straight to my car when I got home I was extremely disappointed & shattered I had a gathering planned with friends & that was completely destroyed

I paid for family piece and got 9piece I want my money shame , I want compensation
