I was offered a R 50 meal for a R 230 meal

I made a complaint not too long ago about a full chicken and chicken strips with rice that I bought at Pedros Promenade, the full chicken was very salty and the lemon and herb sauce on the rice and chicken strips was like soap, my complaint was attended to from your head office and the manager from Pedros at Promenade Mall.

I was offered a R 50 meal for a R 230 meal I bought, that is an insult for client who always buy at your restaurant to a point that my wife made good friends with the workers at Pedros, I didn't ask for a refund or anything in return for my complain, you guys made a decision to refund me, but to compensate a person like that SIES that is poor, if this was Nandos they would've given me my full meal back with extras,

Tell Rashied your AM to take that insult of a refund to where the sun don't shine
