Disgusting customer servuce

I was at the mall for a Pharmacy this past friday, when i spoke to a security with my permit & ID: he loudly said that promenade does not recognize essential workers with permits its the essential workers that bring Covid-19 to the malls hence PnP is closed.

I regret not going to better malls that take customers serious no other mall here in cape town did the disgust promenade did absolutely disgusting.

1. I found your employee very disrespectful that is no way to speak to people& no i don’t have his name they had no name tags,

2. I would want to know what prove promenade has that we essential workers brought covid-19 to the mall? While the pandemic has spread world wide yet you or your people have the guts to say we spread the virus.

3. I had to stand in a disorganized queue that took me forever to find because customers are not guided in the queues, they are long mixed to find you there are people for different stores in the same queue hence we stood for long just for Pharmacy.
