Terrible Service from Liberty Panel Beaters Kokstad & Nedbank Insurance.

My car was booked in at Liberty Panel Beaters Kokstad on 11 March 2025 for hail damage (rear window, roof, bonnet, and fender). Today is 21 May and I still haven't received my car. They kept it for over a month without touching it until I app**** pressure through my insurer, Nedbank Group Insurance, who also failed to follow up or monitor the repair progress. This is now the third month of endless delays and broken promises. I’ve spent a lot on car rentals, and their staff are dishonest, unprofessional, and treat you like you don’t matter. I will never recommend this company to anyone — absolutely terrible experience.
