Based on recent customer reviews, Liberty Panelbeaters earns strong praise for its panel and fender repair quality, with many motorists describing finished vehicles as restored to original condition and insurance referrals working smoothly. Staff are frequently called helpful and the workmanship is often labelled excellent. A meaningful minority, however, report vehicles sitting in the workshop for three to four months, poor communication and unreturned calls, mismatched paintwork, and parts being repaired rather than replaced as quoted. Accountability when problems arise is the clearest area needing attention.

Nissan red magnite repair
On the 21 September I brought my vehicle for repairs kokstad Liberty panel beaters and was told it would probably take 6 to 10 working days.I am the one who constantly have to call to check the progress. It will soon mark a month since I brought. I am not happy at all with their service.I have been waiting for too long

Poor service is an understatement
I will never allow my insurance to take my car to liberty or anyone close to me to use liberty ever again, no updates nothing and the car approaching the 4th month now I won’t how long will it take to repair a badly damaged car maybe a year and a half. Worse of all they really don’t care about customers they say they will call you back just to let you off their backs if there any negative numbers in ratings I would say -10
