Poor service is an understatement

I will never allow my insurance to take my car to liberty or anyone close to me to use liberty ever again, no updates nothing and the car approaching the 4th month now I won’t how long will it take to repair a badly damaged car maybe a year and a half. Worse of all they really don’t care about customers they say they will call you back just to let you off their backs if there any negative numbers in ratings I would say -10
