EXTREMELY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & UNACCOUNTABILITY

I don't understand how the insurance chosen such unprofessional and *********** service provider as their 'Authorized Service Provider'. Our vehicle is almost 2 months now with them for repairs, i spoke to the manager who doesn't account and unable to advise what is going on. All he knows is to drop down a call when asked questions. He is such *********** manager who does not understand customer service.
