Unfair Termination of dependent

Iam a benefitiary on my mother's medical aid and i currently turned 21. The medical aid sent my mother an email requesting proof of full time tietary study. when the proof of study was sent ,They requested my matric certificate which was complete in 2013 .and what i was doing for the past 2years . my mother sent them my result for a foundation programme i did at monash university in 2014 as my matric results were not good enough to study for the degree i wanted to do, i passed and got my foundation programme certificate . In 2015 i got really sick to an extent were the medical aid funds got exhausted before june and my mother had to pay cash for me to consult doctors ,therefore i couldnt attend school(i was 20 years). This year i am much better and i am currently a first year student for my BBA and libcare has decided to remove me from the medical but reading their policies and the email they sent to my mother they claimed that if i could prove that iam a full time student i can remain on the medical aid. When my mother called them to inquire they told her that i could not be kept on the medical aid becouse i took a \gap year\" , so was i spws to drag myself sick to skul? Eve"
