Stay AWAY from LIBERTY MEDICAL AID!!!

I app**** for authorization for a neuro modulator-according to them it is just for pain.But if they read the dr's motivational letter, they will see that this specific device for my wife is NOT for pain (even though it might help for pain or EVEN make it worse).We want it for severe dysfunction of her bladder,total urinary incontinence. They insist that the Interstim is a pain machine! What part of the other bladder (and putting her kidneys at risk - in the motivational letter of the Urologist) do they NOT UNDERSTAND.Their members must rather do a bladder replacement than giving them an option to use their bladder and kidneys like intended.They will rather pay more for a bladder replacement than an Interstim?That's just stupid.what kind of qualifications do the people have that work in their authirization department?I have media contacts,and will definitely make use of them to tell everybody how their logic (which they don't have) work.Pathetic is an understatement,I already drawn a letter to Carte Blanche,and more to follow to Newspapers & Magazines.
