service with a smile
i was admitted into hospital and my procedure went well but i had a suspected embolism and i had a choice to stay in hospital to get the blood thinners or take it home to do it myself. little did i no that i would be slapped with a bill of short payment on blood thinning. i thought i was saving cost to the medical aid. then i got the help of fazlin kariem and nellie case manger as well as delecia klink its amazing that all these people can pull together despite their challenging situations they face currently..instead of a huge hospital bill abd short payment on my part for not staying in hospital they loaded and alternative to hospital and resolved my problem. libcare gurro's thank you to libcare call centre and all staff.
