SERVICE SERVICE - WHAT CAN I SAY??????

<p>I am writing here to be my VERY LAST attempt to complain about your services. My medical aid no refers. ********** 0. YES IT IS ME AGAIN! I have been dealing with Bernard Koeberg and also a lady by the name of Bonita from the complaints division. After battling for weeks now to get my account sorted, it seems your company has NO SERVICE DELIVERY NOR PROUD IN YOUR JOB DONE. I spoke to Bernard on Tuesday to sort out my account for the VERY LAST TIME. I was told my suspension has been lifted as I was 1 month behind and paid in an extra premium for Augst. AFTER SEVERAL SMS'S SENT TO ME THAT I HAVE UNPAID DEBITS AND NO COVER, I approached Bernard who promised me we will get an sms to confirm they have lifted the suspension. We have received an sms on 14.04.2016 @ 14.42 confirming the suspension on your membership has been lifted. On 15.09.2016 at 17.42 we have received the following sms: Our medical aid premium is outstanding. NOW MR CEO, please let me know how is this medical scheme operating?????????? I EXPECT A CALL FROM YOU AS I WILL KEEP ON PLACING YOU ON THIS SITE until such time you have sorted out my account and receive FEEDBACK FROM YOU THAT THIS QUERY IS NOW FINALISED FOR THE LAST TIME!!! Have the decency to me : Elizabeth Pelserb(1st Dependant), I am paying the premium!!! ********** </p>
