Raised monthly contributions

We registered a child, which took longer than it should have been. After the child was eventually registered we received a email saying our monthly contribution will be R3810. Today I receive an email saying the contribution will be R4477. I tried to phone but cannot be assisted because I(the person paying the medical aid each month) is not registered on my wife's medical aid. This year has been absolutely hell with you guys. First we must pay R302 for claim that Liberty has overpaid a supplier in 2012(which i refuse to pay as it's not my fault). Then took almost a month to register a new born, not to talk about the attitude you from some of the call centre agents. You are playing with peoples lives. Think it's time you employ competent people. I tried to resolve all this directly via telephone with Liberty, but they didn't want to help<br>
