Prime Cure is a JOKE!

Firstly, I'm seeing a gynie as I'm pregnant, I obtain my auth numbers as PC demands and still get rejected bills as to no auth obtained(first 2 visits). Sent a complaint email and was asured this will not happen again. But once again I am spending funds resolving yet another unpaid bill due to ' no auth', for wich I did get auth! (3rd visit). Then I get sick and go to GP, receive sms from PC stating that the GP is not allocated to me as main member. Call PC. GP allocated to my children but not me. WHY? The GP nominated form asks for main member info ect and then dependant details... Should I list myself as a dependant as well when I am main member? The overall incompetance of PC staff is rediculous and is costing me time and money, nevermind the stess of unpaid bills while pregnant! I have sent through emails again with complaints about this matter but feel this will only again fall on deaf ears. I am truly dissapointed in PC and shocked by the amount of unskilled, incompetant staff who are employed by them. And when they say it will not happen again... It is a lie! You have to keep tabs on them like you would a puppy that is house training!
