Pathetic service

<p>Utterly disgusted with the poor service consistently received by the scheme. They cannot get any process right, be it paying a claim, loading an authorisation or registering a baby. Today was the last straw as they have no clue as to how a servicing environment should be run. They advise that you need to go onto their website to find a preferred provider. When you login there is no paediatric cardiologists loaded. When you call to request one, they cannot assist as they do not have access to their own list. No care or urgency in what they do. Totally fed up with this scheme and its only been 3 months. Thank you Discovery for the great service...you should teach the rest.</p>
