Not Paying Medication!
My 3 year old son's asthma is approved as a condition but not his medication as it is not first line therapy. He was on this for 3 months before putting it on chronic. I was told telephonically it will be reviewed again and no one called me back. Monte air was stopped on Liberty's advise and now he is severely ill. He NEEDS this CHRONICALLY. Another motivation was sent now. He needs his medication. Now acute wont even cover this medication as well. So you acknowledge his asthma but wont pay a cent for his medication. It is against PMB! Also the last 4 prescriptions we submitted we had to pay 70% and medial aid 30% even though we asked for generics. Sometimes there just isn't any generics available! its pathetic and the worst ever when you need it most. I had to fork out so much money where medical aid had to pay. I need my son's Monte Air 5mg and Flixotide pump on chronic as it is all that works!!!! Instead we cost the medical aid more on the side effects without this! I also need you to review all my prescriptions for 2015 and either refund my savings account or my husband's bank account accordingly. Medical aid's portion is NOT supposed to be this little and the member's HIGH
