No card till this day
I signed up for the Liberty Life Medical Aid Scheme in July and till this day I still haven't received my medical aid card . I have been promised delivery of this card for weeks and nothing . Its frustrating when you sign up for something pay your premiums in full and not get any joy . I have had to pay from my own pocket for my 2 children's doctors fee yet I have a medical aid , and furthermore their sister company Primecure's service has been anything but satisfactory . The lady I dealt with Ester was so abrupt and unfriendly . Her telephone etiquette was of such low standards I was shocked she was the face/voice of their company . Vernon was supposed to have the card brought tome personally on the 21/09 he came to our offices but was so busy at the other department he forgot about me . He promised to bring it on Wednesday 23/09 , today he didn't show up at all . I have to always follow up with him yet I'm the client .
