Must pay 3000R to get my tooth fixed

I was in a car accident last year April.Firstly they declined a tooth implant due to it being cosmetic.Called them and queried it They responded saying I can get a bridge.The dentist sent them a quote now.Liberty got back to me saying I need to pay R3000 and they will pay R4000.So for what exactly am I paying medical aid?People don't have R3000 laying around.It was a car accident.I did not ask to lose a tooth.I have a few other teeth that are also chipped due to the car accident.Guess they won't pay for that either.I don't go to the dentistdoctor often.but I must say I never expected this.If I did not have medical aid I am sure I could've saved that money I pay to medical aid and I could've had an implant and fixed all my chips in my mouth by now.I pay a arm and a leg a month for medical Aid and now must still fork out more money it's ridiculous.
