Money First. Customer Second.

Last year, I had enquired with Liberty Medical about how they fail to assist with aiding patients of mental health, and how they could recommend a better option for me within the policies. It turned out to be the beginning of an eye-opening experience - no response is putting it lightly.

Heaven help you though, if you miss a payment! That is instant! I eventually resigned from the medical aid because I was paying R2,000 a month, and double that in psychology fees and getting almost none of that back.

After numerous apologies, they removed my profile. Indeed, it was my mistake, thinking that they had written off any remaining payments, but I began to receive emails saying there were still outstanding fees, I took a while to pay, but eventually did.

Then today, now 6 weeks later, after I had thought that this was all done and dusted, I get a call from attorneys saying that there are still fees - the competency and level of communication is unbelievable.
