Ignored after a simple request

I am not very happy with the fact that it is seemingly difficult to update my details after having have given everything to the financial advisor who assured me that all would be done last year in September. <br> <br> You somehow changed my title from Miss to Mrs ie after receiving my marriage certificate and ID and now you claim you haven't received said documents?<br> <br> His name is Garth Findlay and works at the JHB branch: here is his number, *** +***. Twice now I've submitted said documents first via email and second physically in person yet my details seem to be updated individually sporadically yet everything was submitted all together on the same date and time. <br> <br> Here are the reference numbers for the contact made with Winnifred DCZ #*** DCZ #***. <br> <br> The amount of time and energy I have spent in trying to get the simple task of having my last name changed is honestly disheartening and appalling.
