I think they are great
It is a national past-time to complain about Medical Aid Societies.<br> <br> I belong to a Liberty Life Heath Care Plan. I think they are marvelous. They answer the phones. A human interacts with you. They listen and have clear guidelines.<br> <br> Twice I have asked for exception decisions from them to pay for something not covered by most Medical Aids. I was able to show why I needed it, how it would help me and how they could benefit.<br> <br> The committees granted by requests. I know their competitors would not necessarily be that helpful.<br> <br> Well done to Liberty Healthcare. I feel you do care about your members.
