I have authorisation. Like seriously!

On july 6 2015 at about 4am, I was rushed to Mt Edgecome Hospital by ambulance due to severe cramp***s. Hospital did their job and I was released. I then called the medical aid to make sure everything was good and get auth. They asked for the practice number on the paperwork and gave me an auth number. All good. <br> <br> This was three months ago and up till today they have not made payment. I have made in excess of 10 calls and spoke to complete idiots on the phone who are telling me I never got auth. Then they tell me it wasn't my Gp. <br> <br> Last week I spoke to a manager, Anne who assured me she will call the next day with feedback. Wednesday and still no feedback. I today get an sms stating that my account with the hospital has not been paid. I call the number listed, they advised that it has been handed over!<br> <br> IMAGINE!<br> <br> I already paid part of the bill cash because I didn't know the hospital hasn't been paid as yet and am going to need to be reimbursed for that. On 05/07/2015 I visited a primecure gp GP and paid cash because both gp's listed are closed on Sunday. I still haven't sent that to medical aid due to their incompetence. <br> <br> Next step OBUDSMAN!!
