Praise Nzuma from Ergonometrix ***) called me saying that I am going to be blacklisted for an unpaid account at Liberty. I asked if she knew my story and she did not. <br> I tried to explain to her the HISTORY of this account but she wouldn't listen but demanded that I pay this account. And further threatened me that I will be blacklisted. For R500. There was no disclosure that I will be paying for the call. I do not appreciate an indignant attitude when the consultant collecting and telling me that she has the power to blacklist WITHOUT listening to my story first. How is this TCF - Treating Customers Fairly! Prior to Ergonometrix, I spoke to 5 consultants and a Supervisor who never got back to me.<br> I further asked for the Ombudsman details and she couldn't help me. I asked for the Supervisor, without letting me know what she is doing she put me on hold for a further 10 mins thinking that I was being transferred.<br> I gave Liberty Medical Scheme 30 days in December 2013 to cancel my Liberty medical aid. There was ample time to consolidate BUT I was NOT contacted but referred to a debt collector 6 months later??? With NO communication. I have an excellent credit record!
