Empathatic settlement of medical bills
I recently underwent a medical procedure which was not covered by my specific Liberty hospital plan. However, because I have held the policy for many years without ever claiming and thanks to an exceptional empathetic attitude by Mr Stephen Welch and Liberty, they paid a large amount of the cost. Thank you Liberty - I don't think many insurance companies would pay out for something that is not covered.
