Dont get Pregnant or sick with Liberty..

if I only I knew Liberty pretends to pay for maternity and it only looks good on paper I would have stayed on my previous hospital plan, I`m sure I would have saved a lot of money .From the start this medical aid has been a headache. You pretend to pay for curtain stuff and when it comes to paying, ten thousand excuses have been giving. I`ve been paying for all gynaecologist appoints because you feel its not important ? I had to pay for ER visit because you don't pay the doctors in the ER and you give your patients a limit of R800 for emergencies per year ? are you being serious? and then to top it all I have to go in on Monday the 9th February for a C-section and you decide you will only pay for 2 nights and 3 days when all hospitals require you stay for 3 nights and 4 days ? I don't understand your medical aid,maybe I'm to POOR to understand....how can my doctor send you a motivational letter so I can stay one more night when all hospitals have the same requirements . You need to explain this to me...I don't even want to know what else you PRETEND to pay and I`m sure this birth is going to cost me a lot more then 1 night`s stay and you will just come up with some excuse again.
