Dictating How To Spend Savings......

So yesterday morning, woke up to find my little boy of 2 years old had a huge red rash all over his bottom haf of his body, wife and i decided to get ready quick and take him through to the GP, within 30 miniutes the rash covered his hole upper body and started to go onto his face! Anyways, the doctor said it was an allergic reaction to something he had, obviously from the previous night! Prescribed CELESTAMINE, which i understand to be quite common with allergic reactions of this sort! so we go straight to the chemist to get the medicine! When trying to put through LIBERTY MEDICAL AID, it was turned down due to the scheme not paying for this medicine! i had to pay for the medicine cash! OK now forgive me for being petty, but if i didnt have the R 320 something rand available, what would have happened, on the other side i have my savings with LIBERTY which i was prohibited from using by LIBERTY and they deem it fit to say they dont pay for that medicine altough like i said is a common medicine for the situation! This is not the first time where there has been issues when trying to buy medicines for myself, my wife or kids when using savings etc! What frustrates me, is that it is my savings from my payments that unfortunately is held by LIBERTY, that i should be able to use as i see fit untill it is used up and i would then have to pay cash! MY SAVINGS NOT LIBERTY'S! next time maybe i should rather let my child get worse whereby he would have to be admitted to hospital and LIBERTY can rather pay for a R 10 000 bill out of their account on not my savings! guess they would rather want to lose there own money than spend my money on a little mundane medicine to help my child! TO LIBERTY I AM GLADLY MOVING TO A NEW MEDICAL AID AT THE END OF THE YEAR as you are unfortunately pathetic! DISCOVERY HERE WE COME! OH and by the way LIBERTY, it will be my life policy, my investments, my childrens trust funds etc etc etc, it may not be millions and millions of rands, but its mine, not yours...........and its the principle behind it!
