deducting as they wish
Endless problems with Liberty medical aid. Our premium for the last year was R1805. Now on the 04/01/2016 i received sms notification of the debit order and guess what did liberty deduct??? R3776.00!!! As i contacted my financial broker he said i wont be getting my refund back tomorrow. Well i want my money back in my account tomorrow as you can deduct once but i must wait like last time nearly 3 weeks. It is not acceptable and i demand my money back in my account tomorrow. How can you deduct more than double of my premium and with that said no communication was send as to give us the new tarriffs for 2016!!!! Very poor and i will make sure to spread the word
