Awesome Service

I moved to Liberty around 4 years ago following bad experience my mother and friends had with another medical scheme, and then great after switching to Liberty.<br> <br> One of my recent claims I submitted would not deliver when emailed so I picked up the phone. I spoke with Carlyle Brown who helped me to get the mail to his personal Liberty inbox, which he submitted for me and claims was paid quick and easy.<br> <br> A few days days ago, I completed a customer survey, and much to my surprise, it seems like at least one company scrutinises the feedback as I received a text indicating a minor event which I pointed out was still open was concluded.<br> <br> I've heard and had people close to me experience horrible service and had many issues with other schemes. Thanks Liberty, I've never had an issue big enough to make me want to move and any minor thing has always quickly been sorted after a phone call or an instant authorisation over the phone while I hold. I recommend you guys to anyone if I hear they are in the market searching for a medical scheme and tell them about my specific experiences.
