Ashtma PMB Condition

<p> ********** 6number , my son has Astma and has a Treatment plan , i took him to his GP as he was very ill and the consultantation was paid from Free GP network when your savings is depleted, I called and asked if my daughter can see a GP as my savings now depleted and was told by the Agent yes i can, I then submit bill and they tell me i joined during a benefit so i dont have the benegit , 1 i callled before i took my daughter and 2 a MMB benefit is never pro rated , My sons consultation should have been paid by from his treatment plan , and my daughter cons should have been paid from free GP network, PMB department as to date not responded to my enquiry Please can you look into this DCZ ********** and DCZ ********** </p>
