APPROVALS
LIBERTY IS TERRIBLE WITH DOING APPROVALS, WE HAVE HAD A DENTURE DONE JUNE LAST YEAR, THE UNIT BROKE AND HAS TO BE REPLACED COST IS R 9000.00 THE FIRST DENTURE WAS NOT MADE FROM STRONG ENOUGH MATERIAL, AFTER BEEN SEND BACK AND FORTH FROM DENTAL RISK TO CHRONIC AUTHORIZATIONS, TO AUTHORIZATIONS TO CLIENT SERVICES OVER A TIME OF A MONTH ONLY NOW WE ARE INFORMED THAT ONLY 1 DENTURE EVERY 4 YEARS ARE APPROVED AND IT CANNOT BE PAID FROM OUR SAVINGS????? WHY DO YOU HAVE A MEDICAL AID???
