After 3 months - 20 mails and many phone calls

After 3 months - 20 mails and many phone calls - I asked for debit order changes On Fri May 29 09:56:41 2015 after numerous attempts and promises the debit order were again on 27 July attempted from wrong account - This mistake cost me over R300 on bank charges it cost me close to this on telephone call no call ever below 10 minutes - I see this as ridiculous service levels from one of the top medical schemes in South Africa. It is with shame that I realise my contribution mean this little to someone. I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE RESPONCIBILITY FOR THESE FINANCIAL LOSSES CUSTOMERS SUFFER.<br> this losses is directly due to negligence of an call centre agent.
