Accused of none disclosure

On 28 February I app**** to liberty medical scheme while I was still on discovery health and very happy but was getting married so moved onto my husbands medical aid. I filled in all forms and disclosed any Known medical conditions. In January I went to my Obgyn for my usual check up and he picked up a murmur said it was small but suggested I go and see a cardiologist. I then changed medical aids and only in July after getting a script from my gynea he insisted I go see a cardiologist. I went to see a cardiologist and them got diagnosed with a mitral valve prolapse. I then got a letter from liberty 2 weeks back saying I had Disclosed this condition. In the letter it stated that I had consulted my gynea about this condition however I never did such thing and he was in no way able to diagnose a cardiac condition. I have now have a exclusion on my scheme for a year. Not only was the information on the letter they sent incorrect I have been unable to speak with someone regards to this and have only have had feedback via email and the email was rather rude. I would like someone to contact me in person and not via email to get answers.
