4 months later after resignation was sent in March
Good day,
i contacted the call centre on the 20/3/2015 to inform them i want to cancel my medical aid because i am joining a company medical aid. I received the resignation of membership and signed it and sent it to [Email Removed] on the same day. To cancel my medical aid with Liberty on the 1/5/2015. Received confirmation of \Subscription pending termination"....
then what happened from here.....i dont think anything ws done.
I realise after i went through my bank statement in June that a debit order was taken on the 1 of June R 2341.
I then contact the call centre again on the 22/6/2015 to query what is going on.. i sent an email to Lihle Femela on the 22/6/2015 with proof of my email sent in March. Suddenly i received termination of membership on the 24/6/2015...what happened from March to June?
I followed up on the 26/6/2015 and they advise me that i will receive the refund only a week later cause they only do REFUNDS on friday only. I was not treated fairly but i must wait another week for a refund and then i phoned again on the 29/6/2015 to confirm when can i exspect the refund. I phoned again on the 3/7/2015 NO PAYMENT received. understand it take 4 days"""
