Libertatia properties, they don't deserve not even one star. They don't care about tenants. I rented out one of the houses under LIBERTATIA PROPERTIES and paid Rent but deposit i was going to pay on Monday because we moved in on Saturday night. Sunday morning i notice the issue and communicated with the agent about this matter but nothing was done. we only stayed in that house for 7 days. But already there was problem with blocked toilets and the smell was bad 👎. I didn't pay the deposit because agent didn't tell or state that the was problem 🤔 because we complained that was a problem.

Agent told me that I shouldn't communicate with him any more. Sunday morning landlord comes and told us to move out and we moved with my family and we didn't have a place to stay with our kids. Now it's a problem for LIBERTATIA PROPERTIES TO BRING BACK MY MONEY. I told the agent I want my money back because I can't pay R9000 just for 7 days. He said that is not possible and he send me email address for Admin, I did email Admin and the lady from Admin do group call on whatsapp, Me, My husband, Landlord, brother to the landlord, Agent and Admin lady. Just imagine, they don't wanna refund. Libertatia properties they're not professional at all. I have proof, the story is too long but just be careful with this agency,
