Libertatia properties, they don't deserve not even one star. They don't care about tenants. I rented out one of the houses under LIBERTATIA PROPERTIES and paid Rent but deposit i was going to pay on Monday because we moved in on Saturday night. Sunday morning i notice the issue and communicated with the agent about this matter but nothing was done. we only stayed in that house for 7 days. But already there was problem with blocked toilets and the smell was bad 👎. I didn't pay the deposit because agent didn't tell or state that the was problem 🤔 because we complained that was a problem. Agent told me that I shouldn't communicate with him any more. Sunday morning landlord comes and told us to move out and we moved with my family and we didn't have a place to stay with our kids. Now it's a problem for LIBERTATIA PROPERTIES TO BRING BACK MY MONEY. I told the agent I want my money back because I can't pay R9000 just for 7 days. He said that is not possible and he send me email address for Admin, I did email Admin and the lady from Admin do group call on whatsapp, Me, My husband, Landlord, brother to the landlord, Agent and Admin lady. Just imagine, they don't wanna refund. Libertatia properties they're not professional at all. I have proof, the story is too long but just be careful with this agency,

⚠️ Stay Away from Libertalia Group I was referred to Libertalia Group, owned by Mhlonishwa Winston Kunene, by Langa, who recommended them to assist me with sourcing and securing a home through an instalment sale agreement under the Alienation of Land Act in South Africa. Based on that recommendation, I paid sourcing fees because I genuinely believed I was dealing with a professional property company that could assist me. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After paying the fees, I was eventually sent property listings from Property24, which was not what I expected from a company charging sourcing fees for a specialised service. I was also assigned an inexperienced agent, Patricia Limbane, who goes by “Tricia Lime” on TikTok. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering using her services to do their own due diligence. For months, I was given the runaround. There was constant back-and-forth, very little meaningful progress and no successful outcome. The company repeatedly hired and replaced employees, and I found myself having to explain the situation again to new people who appeared to have little or no understanding of what had already been discussed or promised. Things became even worse when Langa, the person who originally referred me to Mhlonishwa, had a falling-out with him. From that point onwards, communication and the handling of my matter deteriorated further. Ultimately, after months of my time and money being invested, Libertalia Group did not deliver what I paid them to do. I am sharing this review because I wish someone had given me a similar warning before I paid the sourcing fees. My experience may not necessarily be everyone else’s experience, but based on what happened to me, I would not recommend Libertalia Group and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to conduct thorough due diligence before paying any fees. My advice: stay away and be very careful before handing over your money.
