This company is a bunch of ********* ****mers. they called my husband today telling him that his nedbank loan, he was being overcharged with interest and they were able to reduce his monthly installments. my husband who has ONE LOAN and has been paying it since the day he received it, never missed a payment, didnt know this was debt review because he is not over indebted was so unsure on this call. he didnt know what to make of it, the agent even called the supervisor to try and convince him that this was legit. they were just decreasing his installment. they bought him airtime to sign the link, the agent evn asked my husband why he sounds so confused. eventually the ''manager'' keenan calls and i answer and tell him my husband is not interested. he then wants to force the situation telling me my husband signed documents.. i told him we were not interested in debt review. how can my husband go under debt review for a loan that is paid on time.. he couldnt answer me. i will be taking this further .. i will be contacting the ombudsman.
