Haven't reverse my money as promised
I canceled contract them, they did not debit on August. To my surprise they debited my account on the 15th of September. I lodge a complain with them They ask me to send bank statements and *** copy on the 25th of September to reverse my money. Even now they haven't

PHATHETIC SERVICE
If there was a zero star I would have chose it. I signed up with Liberated Debt Solutions in June 2024. Biggest mistake of my life. What they promise and what they deliver are 2 total different things. I am with them for 4 months now and regret every day. Service is pathetic and I will NOT RECCOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Formal Complaint: Unauthorised Contact and Unacceptable Conduct – Liberated Debt Solutions I am lodging a formal complaint regarding an unsolicited and unauthorised call I received from Liberated Debt Solutions. At no point did I provide consent for my personal information to be accessed or used, yet I was contacted regardless. When I questioned how my information was obtained, I was told it came from the NCRDC. This raises serious concerns regarding the lawful basis for processing and using my personal data in terms of the POPI Act. What is equally unacceptable is the conduct during the call. The agent was dismissive, provided no proper explanation, and ended the call abruptly. This behaviour is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for any organisation handling personal consumer data. To be clear: I did not consent to being contacted I demand full disclosure of how my information was obtained I require immediate confirmation of removal of my details from your systems This matter is being taken seriously. If I do not receive a satisfactory written response and resolution, I will escalate this complaint formally to the relevant regulatory bodies, including the NCRDC and POPI Act authorities. I also require urgent contact from a senior manager to address this matte
