Liberated Debt Solutions is NO solution, it is a nightmare

If this company calls you, please do not hesitate to drop the call, IMMEDIATELY!! I was called by a consultant who till this day does not want to provide me with a recording that apparently says she explained to me what it is that she was offering me. The company has *****ed my credit in more ways than I can imagine. I have never not once said to my creditor (I only have 1) I am over indebted and they too have been so dismayed when I explain what has happened and is still happening, my creditor asked me to try hard even though I continued with the payments like this nightmare did not happen, to follow up with this company Liberated Solution to remove me off this list but I have tried and they have not done a thing. Long story short, they will call to offer you a saving on your debit order without explaining to you how damaging it is what you are getting yourself into. So do yourself a favor and drop the phone when they call you. They told me, in order for me to cancel what I too did not know I was getting myself into, I should pay a fee, I paid that fee the following morning of the call after my mom explained to me that this is actually debt review, they still went ahead with their process after saying if I do not pay the cancellation fee, I'll pay more in the future. This happened in May last year. It is March 2024 and to this day, they have not solved this issue by going back to my creditor to say I am NOT over indebted or whatever it is they need to do to fix the mess they have caused after lying to me and saying, once I pay a certain fee all will be resolved. I have so many emails to them requesting recordings, assistance, just to have this issue resolved. Nothing. It has been a nightmare. Like they included the court in May, why can they not go back and rectify what has happened with the court to set me back to my status before this nightmare started? PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM LIBERATED DEBT REVIEW.
