Concerned about what this was abut and how they got my details.

Just got one random call from this company. The lady said they busy with an campaign and started confirming my details she received from the NCR. Reading to me what debits I have on my name. I asked her who gave her permission to access my details. She just said they working on a campaign again. I got a weird SMS: I, (my name and surname with part of my ID number, gave consent to request my credit report on 2024/10/09. Reason: Credit Assessment. I asked if I can get the report she said no she's not allowed as it's an campaign. This is a BIG red flag for me, Called the number back does not ring went to their website no numbers work and the Whatsapp chat said no one available. Be careful people!!!
